Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern all contracts between [TO CONFIRM: legal entity name] ("Otraa") and customers purchasing through this store. Terms proposed by the customer do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.

2. Formation of contract

Product listings are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order by email.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include statutory VAT. Delivery is free within the EU. Payment is due at checkout via the methods shown on our payment page.

4. Delivery

Delivery is two to four working days within the EU. Risk passes to the customer on delivery for consumers, and on handover to the carrier for business customers.

5. Condition of goods

All devices are refurbished and sold as such. Cosmetic condition is described by our four-tier grading scale, set out at condition grades. Grading describes appearance only; all devices are fully functional.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, set out in full at right of withdrawal. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In addition we grant a 24-month commercial guarantee on parts and labour, described at warranty. The guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. [TO CONFIRM: remaining liability limitations — have counsel draft]

9. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory protections of their country of residence remain unaffected.
