Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase. We voluntarily extend the statutory 14 days to 30 days.

Withdrawal period

The period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party named by you, take physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

Tell us by a clear statement — email support@otraa.com with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. Sending notice before the period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice. We use the same payment method you used originally, at no charge to you. We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back or you provide proof of return.

Returning the goods

Send the device back without undue delay and within 14 days of giving notice. Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid label. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the device.
