Warranty

Every device carries 24 months of Otraa warranty covering parts and labour on any fault that is not accidental damage.

What is covered

Battery degradation below 80%, screen and display faults, cameras, speakers and microphones, charging ports, buttons, Wi-Fi and cellular radios, and any component that fails in normal use.

What is not covered

Accidental damage, liquid damage, and cosmetic wear that develops after delivery. Water and dust resistance is also excluded: refurbishment breaks the factory seal, so the original IP rating cannot be carried forward.

How to claim

Email support@otraa.com with your order number and a short description. We arrange collection at no cost, then repair or replace. Most claims are resolved within 5 working days.
