Payment methods

Every payment is processed over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.

Accepted methods

[TO CONFIRM: confirm the methods enabled in Shopify Settings → Payments — typically card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, EPS or SOFORT for Austria]

When you are charged

Payment is taken at checkout. If a device fails final inspection before dispatch, we cancel and refund in full the same day.

Business customers

Net invoicing with VAT stated separately, and reverse-charge handling for valid EU VAT numbers outside Austria. See Otraa for business.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving a return, usually much sooner.
