You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason or none at all.

The device needs to come back in the condition it arrived in, with the charging cable. Return shipping is free — we send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the device arriving back with us.

If something is wrong with the device rather than simply not right for you, that is a warranty claim and there is no time limit inside 24 months.
