Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return any device for any reason. Return shipping is free.

The device must come back in the condition it arrived in, with the charging cable. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, usually much sooner.

Faults are separate from returns: any defect that is not accidental or liquid damage is covered by our 24-month warranty, with no time limit inside that window. See our warranty and right of withdrawal pages.
