Delivery and order tracking

Delivery is free and carbon-neutral on every order, with no minimum spend.

Timings

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery is 2 to 4 working days across the EU.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your device is dispatched. If you have an account you can also see live status under your orders.

Packaging

Devices ship in plastic-free, recyclable packaging sized to the product. We do not use original Apple retail boxes.

Something wrong?

If a parcel is delayed beyond the estimate or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it — usually the same day.
